Which data do we process and for what purpose?
We process your personal data to handle requests, make appointments and for our administration. We analyse usage statistics of the website to optimise the website and its security; we do not track individual browsing behaviour. The data you provide via the contact form is used solely to identify you and communicate with you. Providing certain data is necessary in order to enter into an agreement with you.

On our website we use (functional and analytical) cookies that are stored on your device by your browser. These contain no personal information. With Google Analytics we measure the performance of the website. We do not share information with Google and all IP addresses we use are anonymised. This data is kept for a maximum of fifty months.

The data is kept for as long as needed to provide the requested services to you and for a maximum of one year thereafter. After that it is deleted, unless statutory provisions require a longer retention period.
Which parties have access to your data?
