Bed and Wine De Kasteelhoeve makes staying over something special. We have two luxury suites and a luxury Country House suite, equipped with every comfort. They are the perfect base for trips through the Reestdal. Unwind in the lovely rural atmosphere around De Kasteelhoeve, go for walks or enjoy cycling in the vast woods around Staphorst.
Sometimes you simply want to get away without travelling far. A couple of hours and you are in a world of calm: in the middle of the rolling Reestdal, on the edge of Staphorst. Here you swap the bustle of everyday life for the rhythm of country living, with a glass of wine within reach. We make sure you feel at home in our special spot.

Wine close at hand
Just 20 metres from your suite is the atmospheric tasting room of De Kasteelhoeve, which has imported quality wine since 1999.

Two luxury suites
A special stay awaits in our two luxury suites. Each suite has a kingsize bed, a bathroom with rain shower, air conditioning, a small oven, television and free wifi. Tastefully furnished and fitted with a comfortable seating area — a warm, peaceful spot for two.
From €135 per night, for a stay of at least two nights, so you really have the time to settle in and explore the area.

A little more space
If you are after a bit more room, the Country House is a lovely choice. Alongside the kingsize bed there is a private kitchen with electric cooking, air conditioning, two televisions and a spacious, comfortable seating area. A sofa bed for one extra adult is available.

Add a wine tasting
What makes Bed & Wine special is the combination of staying over and wine. Since 1999 De Kasteelhoeve has imported quality wine from small winegrowers and has welcomed more than 100,000 customers. That love of wine comes through during your stay.
Simply add a wine tasting to your stay. In the atmospheric tasting room, just 20 metres from your suite, you sample a range of wines — and in fine weather, out in the garden.

Discover the Reestdal
There are plenty of ways to walk, cycle, shop and dine well in and around IJhorst. From wine tasting at De Kasteelhoeve and the monumental farms of Staphorst to the Hanseatic city of Zwolle and the vast nature park De Weerribben.

Monumental farms, traditional dress, dot painting and a lively shopping area a stone's throw away.
Zwolle
The historic Hanseatic city with Museum de Fundatie, restaurant De Librije and lively terraces.
De Weerribben
The largest lowland peat bog in north-west Europe, with lakes, reed beds and marsh woodlands.
